How do I set up a trade account?

What are your requirements for becoming a trade customer?

We require that you are strictly buying our pieces to sell in a retail environment. We are happy if you sell at exhibitions or if you have your own shop.

All our jewellery must be sold under our name and clearly labelled to show this.

If we already stock a business in your town or area we will not be able to supply you and we work hard to make sure there is no conflict or over-lap.

Do your trade prices include VAT?

All prices stated on our trade website are stated ex VAT and VAT will be added at 20% to your invoice when the order is completed.

Is carriage included?

Carriage is not included and will always be charged separately on the invoice once the order is finalised.

Do you have a minimum order?

We do not specify a minimum order quantity but we would expect any first time customers to take a good selection of pieces and it is at our discretion to turn down an order if it is only for a couple of pieces.

Is there a minimum order for repeat orders?

There is no minimum order - if you want to top up on pair or earrings, for example, that’s fine.

What happens if the items I want show out of stock?

Please contact us and we will let you know if the item if on re-order and the projected lead time. We can then keep a back order on file for you.

What is your lead time on items that are out of stock and that are being re-ordered?

Orders from India generally take 8 weeks to turn around.

Do you create bespoke designs for trade customers or volume orders?

We have created collections of department stores and fashion labels in the past and are happy to talk through requirements and potential volume collections.

Can we use your photographs?

As a registered trade customer you are welcome to use all our photographs and logos to advertise stocking us.

Can I make a trade order in store and come and see the collections there?

Of course and many of our current trade customers prefer to work like this.  Please make an appointment in advance to do so. We are open Tuesday - Saturday, 11 am - 5 pm.

Do you provide packaging?

We can do - please see our packaging page.

What are your payment terms?

All first time order are pro forma and from then on payment terms are 30 days. Orders can be paid for over the phone or by BACS.

Do you offer a repair service to trade customers?

We can certainly repair our pieces and please get in touch to get a quote for the work that needs to be done. Obviously if something has broken shortly after purchase etc the repair will be FOC.

Do you offer ring sizing to trade customers?

We can resize our rings and again please get in touch to get a quote for this.

How can I inform my customers how to look after your jewellery?

We will send you some of our care cards with your order and they state clearly how to look after our pieces.
