Shipping

All trade orders are sent out by special delivery and carriage is added to all invoices. Postage therefore starts at £7.00 ex VAT and will be charged as per the parcel weight.

Please inform us of your preferred and trusted method and we will then obtain a shipping quote and add this to your invoice.

We anticipate turning all orders around in a couple of working days and will advise immediately of any issues.

Please inspect and check off orders immediately on receipt and let us know of any missing or faulty items within 7 days of receiving them.

Please return any faulty items for replacement or credit.

All trade order sales are final unless previous agreements have been made.
